Guelmino and Turek among VIP’s that will be at the WFC 20

It’s safe to say that Nandor Guelmino and Gerald Turek, both WFC legends, are the best heavyweights Austria has had in its MMA history. Both men have astonishing careers behind them with some electrifying moments and even some record breaking ones.

The popular ″Geri″ holds the WFC record for the fastest KO ever when he put Kraniotakes to sleep at WFC 10. It was one of those by the book moments when the German attacked from the opening bell and stumbled upon the fists of Turek who immediately put him down.

Still the reigning WFC heavyweight Champion Nandor ″The Hun″ Guelmino started his WFC career with a defeat but bounced back and eventually got his belt at WFC 17 when he defeated Zahariev. His powerful resume got his fights in Strikeforce and the UFC afterwards so he’s still ranked as the most vigorous Austrian fighter ever.

Both men will be in the attendance at the August 27 event in Austria that will mark the rebirth of the organization. It’s a must be moment for all the true MMA fans all over the World.
