Mehmen jumps in as a replacement for injured Kudin

After the initial news about Alexei Kudin's injury, Warriors were forced to find a replacement against Rogers and now the things became even more interesting in ADW II, we will have USA vs USA battle!

We wanted to keep the main event on the same high level as it was and with our newest Warrior we believe that we did just that. Derrick Mehmen (born May 30, 1985) will face Brett Rogers in the main event of the AD Warriors 2 on March 26.

29-year-old Mehmen is a member of the world’s renowned American Top Team from Florida, USA, and holds a professional record of 18 wins and 6 losses. Mehmen who made appearances in WSOF, Strikeforce and Bellator is known for his thunderous striking skills, with 11 of his 18 career wins coming by way of knockout.

Primarily a wrestler, he is a big guy who stands 1,93 cm tall, but he has a slightly shorter reach than his opponent (193 cm versus 207 cm from Rogers). Mehmen, originally from Iowa, USA, will step into the ring for the jubilee 25th time in his professional career.

Two American heavyweights will battle it out on the other side of the world as AD Warriors return to the best city in the world. Join us on a night of heart-thumping battles in the new IPIC Arena in Abu Dhabi. Get your tickets today!

Follow AD Warriors Facebook and Twitter for additional info about the event.
