Lowe to replace Laursen at ADW 2

MMA just might be one of the toughest if not the toughest sports ever. If you want to compete on the professional level you have to train like a madmen and repeat it day after day. Strenght, agility, power, endurance and mental toughness among others are just a few areas that every warrior has to cover during his training camps. On top of all that, there are injuries.

Ole ''The Iron Fist'' Laursen was set to compete at AD Warriors 2 on March 26, but due to an injury he sustained while training, he had to pull out of the event. The initial reports suggest that he over-trained his body and it collapsed. Knowing Ole, he most definitely have his all in order to succeed at the fast approaching show in Abu Dhabi. But even the toughest Warriors are just men and even they are vulnerable too. Ole might be out for ADW 2 but rest assured, he'll be back even stronger than ever.

We had to make some last minute arrangements and fill the gap on the fight card. Waylon Lowe from the USA will be the one stepping into replacing Laursen and fighting against Teodorczuk at ADW 2.

34-year-old Lowe, a UFC veteran, fought all around the world in the last ten years. With a professional record of 14 wins with 6 losses, he'll be a tough test for much younger Polish fighter. He switched from being a former Olympic wrestler candidate to a professional MMA fighter in 2007.

Lowe, who fought for the UFC, WSOF and Bellator during his 20-fight career, will jump in as a last minute replacement. Determined that he still has fire in him, he's coming to UAE with a single goal in his mind - to win.

He'll be after his 15th career win as the two step into the ring at IPIC Arena in Abu Dhabi. Get your tickets at Virgin Megastores and be a part of the show. With Rogers vs. Mehmen as a main event, AD Warriors 2 are set for stardom. Don't forget to join us on Facebook and Twitter.
