He claims that he's the future

Uros D. Jurisic is not a familiar name to every single MMA fan out there. But to those that follow this beautiful yet tough sport, he's a somebody. Somebody that is set for stardom in the near future.

WFC is known for being a stepping stone into the world’s biggest stages. Just recently we’ve seen WFC fighters enter the hexagon and octagon. Uros is determined that one day he’ll make that dream a reality.

Fighting since the early age of 15, he’s looked up to Wanderlei Silva and Fedor Emelianenko, but unlike the famous role models he’s a bit lighter. Usually he fought at the middleweight class though at WFC 19 Pretorian he’ll fight in the 77 kilos weight division. ″A bit unusual situation for me as I’m accustomed to fight at the 80 kilos division, but I’m not worried,″ claimed Jurisic whose every day weight is around 84 kilos.

Training for his biggest challenge up to date he’s hitting the gym two times a day. Intense training regime will be the basis for his debut in the WFC ring at the Kolosej Entertainment Centre. ″I’m coming to make a statement,″ Jurisic assured potential skeptics out there.

Being labelled as the ‘’biggest prospect’’ in Slovenia, he sure has a lot to prove in his first appearance in the WFC. Do you want to find out what his training looks like?
